Institute for Spiritual Activity
Since 2019, we have been developing training paths that accompany people worldwide. Our most well-known courses are: Annual Training The Philosophy of Freedom, From Life after Death – a Transformative Journey, Six Soul Exercises for the Strengthening of the Heart. Our courses are largely based on the writings of Rudolf Steiner and invite participants to arrive at a living understanding and a personal experience through an inner path of development.
Since the first course in February 2020, more than 3,000 people from all over the world have participated in our annual courses and practice offerings. A growing international network of volunteers carries this work together with us.
The projects are supported by the non-profit association Leben im Denken e.V., founded in 2021, and the Institute for Spiritual Activity, which is built upon it.
