Since 2019, we have been developing training paths on the basis of Anthroposophy and the writings of Rudolf Steiner. They arose from the impulse of Andreas Schmitt – a specialist in visceral surgery, former senior consultant at the Filderklinik, and a long-standing researcher in the field of complementary medicine at the University of Tübingen.

What began as a personal initiative has grown into a vibrant international network. Today we offer the Annual Training The Philosophy of Freedom and the Six Soul Exercises in 14 languages, have initiated a translation of The Philosophy of Freedom into Arabic and Farsi, and have accompanied over 3,000 people.

Our courses are carried by predominantly volunteer teams. Week after week, real encounters emerge from this work worldwide – in different countries, between people of the most varied backgrounds and life paths. The responses we receive move us: people who found new inspirations for their lives or new professional paths through the exercises, people in politically difficult situations who experience an inner support in our community, or schools – such as a Waldorf school in Alicante – that have carried out the annual training with their entire teaching staff and whose inner cohesion and working atmosphere have been lastingly transformed as a result.
