Essen & Trinken

Den ganzen Tag wird es ein kaltes Buffet geben mit warmer Suppe (dafür ist eine Anmeldung notwendig und der Caterer veranschlagt ca. 30 € pro Person für die Ganztagesverpflegung).

Various drinks will be available. As a guideline, approx. €2.50 per drink applies here.

Any Catering may also be brought yourself.

Donations

There will be a Donation box given to support our international work and for the event costs. We appreciate every contribution.

Alternatively, a sum of money can be transferred to our account with the reference: Donation for the association.

Ride share

If you indicate at registration that you would like a Ride share by car had or could offer, we'll try to connect you with each other. You would then agree that we share your email address with other people living near you!

Sign-in

A general registration for the event is possible immediately, and ideally by us by 10.10.26 requested so that we can estimate the size of the event. Via the link below. Of course, you can also come spontaneously. Unfortunately, spontaneous participation in the buffet is not possible.

Accommodation & Camping

Wenn ihr unser Fest mit einem Kurzurlaub verbinden möchtet, dann gibt es die Möglichkeit, in der Umgebung eine Unterkunft zu buchen. Ein Vorschlag vom Waldhof ist: oasegreifenstein.de

Der Waldhof bietet Stellplätze für Camper und Zeltplätze an. Dafür bitte selbst Kontakt mit dem Waldhof aufnehmen über Kapazität und Konditionen.

Schwarzes Brett

Es wird am Fest ein echtes „schwarzes Brett“ share it. That way, you could arrange a joint breakfast, a Sunday morning walk, a shared journey home, etc.!!
